Nintendo Wii's Super Swing Golf Rolls Into Stores

December 13, 2006 - Today, Tecmo announced that it has shipped the first Wii-exclusive golf game, Super Swing Golf, to retailers across North America. Also known as Pangya Golf, Super Swing Golf makes full use of the Wiimote, allowing gamers to swing the controller just as they would a real golf club.
"Super Swing Golf is a great title to play solo or for the entire family to enjoy together," says Yoh Watanabe of Tecmo. "The game features excellent multiplayer modes that will support up to four players on a single Wii Remote. The fantasy settings combined with real swings is sure to make this unique golf title a Wii favorite!"
The game features several different Multiplayer Modes including Stroke Play, Match Play, or Balloon Pop. Furthermore, the Single Player campaign offers players an in-depth storyline for each of the game's eight characters, as well as over ten courses, and plenty of unlockable costumes and equipment.
Super Swing Golf should hit retailers this week, and is retailing for a suggested price of $49.99.
